We were part of the Home Office Age Assessment Pilot Team, and we were behind the successful launch of the National Age Assessment Board (NAAB). We are dedicated in providing services to local authorities and believe in creating trusted new futures and take away the pressures from local Authorites by providing bespoke and expert services in undertaking age assessments. We want our clients to have a choice  and use something new, that is run by reputable social workers who are knowledgeable in what they do and are dedicated in upholding social work values.

Our mission is to work tirelessly to continously evolve our programme of providing unmatched and unbeatable services to the local authorities and other partner agencies. We take pride in our background of being social workers who are experienced and highly knowledgeable in our area of expertise of completing Merton compliant age assessments. We have been able to effectively identify the needs and requirements of local authorities across the country, through proactively interacting, networking, and engaging with various local authorities and providing them with alternative highly professional services to meet their needs and remove the pressure and refocus their day to day tasks. It is the objective of New Futures Social Care to provide high quality services to all our clients to a standard of excellence which embraces fundamental principles of Good Practice. This may be witnessed and evaluated through the practice, conduct and provision of services that we offer that are of high quality and cost effective. It is the objective of New Futures Social Care that our clients will receive a timely response along with a bespoke service tailored to meet each of their needs.

 Specialist Services

Each year, many hundreds of children arrive in the UK seeking asylum; some arrive with documentation, many others do not. Some of those young people become age-disputed, either by the Home Office, or local authorities, whose job it is to support unaccompanied children. Some of the Local Authorities do not have the expertise to undertake age assessments and this is where we come in and offer the services listed below.

   Generic  Services

Parenting assessments are comprehensive assessments of a parent’s overall ability to meet their children's needs. These assessments can include interviews, observations, home evaluations, and reviewing important documents such as childcare or mental health care records.  We assess parents' capacity to meet their children or their capacity to change and provide a safe and stable home environment for their children.
